In the midst of an atmosphere of Corona infection and rain, 90.35 percent of the candidates appeared in the compulsory Gujarat Common Entrance Test (Gujcat) for admission to degree engineering, pharmacy and diploma pharmacy courses taken across the state on Monday.
This year, one lakh 27 thousand 230 students had registered in this examination taken by Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB).





Out of these, one lakh six thousand 161 students took the exam. There is a possibility of disturbances in the answers to a question in the subject of physics, so that all students can get a score for this question.





According to GSEB Secretary Dinesh Patel, out of one lakh 27 thousand 230 candidates, 10 thousand 112 students did not download the admit card of Gujcat. In this way only one lakh 17 thousand 503 candidates were going to give Gujkat. Out of these, one lakh six thousand 161 took the exam.





According to Patel, one of the reasons for the absence of 10 per cent of the students in Gujcat is that Gujakat was taken up till now after the board exams and before the results of the 12th science faculty board exams were released. For this reason, 100 percent of the candidates appeared in this examination, but due to Corona, the examination was taken later this year. The result of the 12th board was also declared earlier. 18468 candidates failed in three subjects or more. So that they could not give Gujkat.





Special care was also taken of social distancing, masks in the Gujkat taken in the midst of the corona epidemic. For this, 621 examination centers have been established in 34 cities. Meeting was arranged in 6431 examination section. In the city of Ahmedabad, Botad and Mahisagar, each of the examinees was seen as suspicious, and their separate meeting was arranged and their examination was done. Examiners were given entry into the examination section only after measuring the temperature with a tee gun.Before the examination, an observer was also appointed at each center for sanitation of the examination section, adequate social distancing in the meeting arrangement.






Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) can release the admit card of Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) tomorrow i.e. on 14 August 2020. Actually, after the Gujarat CET exam was postponed twice, it is finally scheduled to be held on August 24. The board had announced long ago that the admit card for the Gujarat CET exam will be released ten days before the exam date. Once released, these admit cards can be downloaded from the official website of the board.

 GUJCET (Gujarat Common Entrance Test) was tested on Monday amid Corona epidemic and torrential rains.  During this period, 5345 students were absent.  The chemistry and mathematics paper in Gujket was difficult.  Education officer HH Rajguru said that 6099 students were present in Maths, while 1450 did not come to take the exam.  In biology, 7033 students took the exam.










Similarly, 13,112 students attended Chemistry and Physics, while 2658 students were absent.  According to the information, many students had made a mistake in filling the online form.  A student who came to the Santiniketan Vidyavihar school from Rander Road, Palanpur Patia, had filled the wrong information.  Education Officer Rajguru and Education Inspector Harshad Kanani, correcting the mistake, approved the student to take the exam in Bhulka Bhavan.  The students had trouble finding the examination center.
